Telesales Executive – Glasgow
Salary: £25,880 + up to £400 monthly commission
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm

About the role
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll play a key part in helping the sales team achieve targets and deliver an excellent experience for customers. You’ll make high-quality outbound calls to a range of business customers, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting relevant products and services.
This is a fast-paced and structured role where you’ll be supported to succeed and rewarded for your achievements.
Key responsibilities
• Make proactive outbound calls to customers following an agreed call plan
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new products
• Keep customer information up to date and follow up as agreed
• Collaborate with colleagues across the sales team to deliver excellent service
What we’re looking for
• Experience in telesales or within a busy contact centre environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Confident communicator with great influencing and negotiation skills
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset
Experience in a food, drink, or FMCG environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
