These roles are ideal for candidates with experience supporting children with additional needs who are passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom. The role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, including children with SEND, SEMH or learning difficulties. You may provide support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum, manage behaviour and build confidence. Schools are looking for calm, patient and proactive LSAs who can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
