Job Description: Multi-site Registered Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: £47,000 per annum

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Multi-site Registered Manager to oversee two residential services within the Learning Disability and Mental Health sector in Kent. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a proven track record with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead two residential services, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of both service users and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, making necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies, to build strong collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within the Learning Disability sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a car driver.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
