Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Councils website and intranet using best practices in web design and accessibility. • Lead on content quality and usability, providing training and support to content authors and publishers. • Analyse site performance and user trends, producing actionable reports for service improvement. • Manage medium to large-scale web development projects and support digital transformation initiatives. • Act as the main point of contact for all web and intranet content issues, working closely with the Service Improvement team, Communications, and other teams across the Council.
