Key Responsibilities
Participate in external audits, including planning, fieldwork, and completion.
Assist managers and partners in finalising audit files, including drafting accounts and reviewing FRS 102 disclosures.
Prepare closing meeting agendas and attend meetings to discuss audit findings.
Prepare accounts and tax returns for limited companies, sole traders, charities, and partnerships.
Manage VAT returns, payroll, and general accounting tasks.
Oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare CGT and IHT calculations.
Communicate professionally and proactively with clients.
Handle HMRC enquiries, investigations, and compliance checks.
Produce analysis and reports for client meetings.
Supervise and review the work of junior team members.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
