This position is 32.5 hours which will need to be worked over a mixture of long days, nights, weekends and weekdays.
Main duties of the job
The main ward duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assessing- Planning- Implementing care- Evaluating care- Acting as a supervisor to students and providing family-centred care- Working as part of the MDT- Possessing excellent communication skills- Carrying out nursing procedures

Essential
* RN/RSCN/ RN child with current NMC registration
* Good basic education including use of English and Maths
* Basic IT skills
* Evidenced based and experience of reflective practice
* NHS experience in service working with children and young people
* Good understanding of child and adolescent development, Child Protection issues,
* Principles underlying confidentiality and information sharing
