Marketing Campaign Coordinator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Support the coordination and administration of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, campus, and digital platforms, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Assist in the organisation and delivery of student ambassador programmes, including logistics, communications, onboarding, training, and performance tracking. Maintain accurate campaign documentation and trackers, helping to manage schedules, campaign assets, ambassador activity, and deliverables across the EMEA region. Coordinate ambassador recruitment, briefings, and day-to-day communications, ensuring ambassadors are informed, engaged, and delivering high-quality campaign outcomes. Support campaign budgeting and financial administration, including ambassador payments, third-party costs, invoicing, and ensuring activities stay within agreed budgets. Contribute to campaign performance reporting, helping gather, format, and present data, prepare dashboards, and support post-campaign reviews with insights and feedback.
