The Opportunity
This company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing commercial team. This role is perfect for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about health technology and wants to develop their skills in a supportive environment with clear progression opportunities.
As their SDR, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings for their senior sales team, and building the foundation for your own future success as a Business Development Manager. This is a remote role with excellent training and development support.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
* Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team with decision-makers
* Research target organisations and identify key stakeholders
* Manage the initial qualification process for new leads
* Track all activities in the CRM system
* Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation strategies
* Provide feedback on market trends and competitive insights
* Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred)
* Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner
* Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
* Interest in health technology and preventative healthcare
* Comfortable working remotely while maintaining high productivity
* Strong written English skills
* Experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential
