Our Inpatient CAMHS service in Bournemouth is expanding with the opening of a brand‑new, purpose‑built 8‑bed High Intensity Environment/PICU and we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Consultant to join us at this pivotal stage.
Recruitment & Retention Payments
* £10,000 paid on appointment
* £10,000 paid on the 1st anniversary of appointment
* £10,000 paid on the 2nd anniversary of appointment
Responsibilities
* Assessment and treatment planning for patients with complex presentations
* Provide direct face‑to‑face time with patients
* Meet families and community staff
* Review clinical records and write reports
* Engage in tribunal work
* Participate in daily meetings with ward staff and Care Planning and Assessment (CPA) team
* Attend discharge planning meetings
