Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Autism and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We're currently working to support a specialist school in the Telford area that is looking to appoint Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils with ASD and SEMH on a 1:1 and small group basis.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and differentiating tasks to support learners.
* Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
* Help implement individual EHCPs and contribute to pupils' personal and academic progress.
What We\'re Looking For
* A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, or similar SEN.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach.
* A team player who is confident, resilient, and patient.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
