Responsibilities
* Independently investigate and repair external water supplies.
* Logically establish ownership and liability based on leak location.
* Confidently talk customers through the works, giving them peace of mind.
* Communicate proactively with our Field Operations Team at HQ.
* Work effectively with other engineers in our team as required; conduct leak detection (find & fix repairs with listening stick, ground mic etc).
* Trenchless installation via moling (not essential).
* Lay 20mm–32mm services.
* Create new 'point of entry'.
* Use a CAT scanner to identify buried services & trace existing metallic supply.
* Reinstall surfaces including paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac, concrete, etc.
* Door‑to‑door work: 42.5hrs per week, Mon‑Fri only, no on‑call work.
