Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum; therefore, learning continues without disruption
2. Manage classroom behaviour confidently to maintain a focused environment
3. Adapt teaching strategies quickly so pupils with different learning needs stay engaged
4. Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth handovers and lesson continuity
5. Provide clear feedback on pupil progress and behaviour to permanent staff
6. Use a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance understanding
7. Follow safeguarding procedures strictly to maintain a safe and supportive school setting
Essential Skills & Experience
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
9. Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools
10. Strong classroom management skills
11. Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
12. Confident communication and professional attitude
13. Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge
