What will be your responsibilities:
- Receiving Operations
* Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy;
* Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse;
* Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods;
* Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system.
- Shipping Operations
* Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation;
* Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups;
* Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications;
* Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations.
- Inventory Management
* Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels;
* Update the inventory system with real-time data on received and shipped items.
- Equipment and Safety
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required;
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods;
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
Profile and requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role;
* Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation;
* Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment;
* Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR/IATA will be considered a plus;
* Strong organizational and time-management skills;
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records;
* Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level;
* Team player and strong communication skills;
* Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus.
