As a Concierge Consultant, You Will
* Serve as the first point of contact for our VIP clients, delivering a seamless and personalised welcome.
* Work closely with the Deputy Head Concierge to ensure flawless service on the shop floor.
* Curate extraordinary experiences that exceed expectations, anticipating needs with curiosity and intuition.
* Resolve client concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism, knowing when to involve senior management.
* Share your expertise across Selfridges’ unique departments, inspiring customers and colleagues with your knowledge.
* Create and share stories that bring the Selfridges experience to life, leaving lasting impressions with every interaction.
