 
        
        As a General Practice Advanced Practitioner, you will work as part of a clinical team, with GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and Healthcare Assistants across practices in the PCN. The post holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to the patients of Banbury Cross Health Centre; diagnosing and prescribing treatments and medication while working within defined procedures and protocols as laid down by the GPs.
Key Contributions:
 * Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care for a wide range of conditions.
 * Actively engage with patients to promote healthy lifestyles, and facilitate referrals to community and specialist services.
 * Work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care within defined healthcare pathways.
 * Participate in the structured development program, progressing towards qualifications such as a Level 7 (Masters).
 * Support the practice’s administrative workload, and contribute to clinical audits, risk assessments, and service evaluations.
