We're now looking for an Operations Controller
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Perform admin / clerical duties
* Direct the work of team members
* Monitor Break times
* Monitor performance of team members
* Report any breaches of Health & Safety regulations and incidents/accidents
* Communicate work practices, procedures and methods to team members, as required
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management
this Role Would Suit People Who
* IT Literate, Microsoft Office, Excel
* Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
* Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members
* Previous warehouse experience - desirable
