About the Role As Retail Manager, youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of the store, while also supporting the wider retail operation in other locations when required. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be visible on the shop floor, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and leading your team from the front.
