We currently have the following vacancy for Machine Operator in our Gluing/Finishing Department. We use the latest Bobst and Baumer HHS equipment to achieve the high-quality finish our customers expect.
Machine/Gluing OperatorRequirements:
1. Previous experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including undersize, straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments
2. Attention to detail
3. Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and innovate to achieve high quality cartons
4. Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environment
5. Good communication skills
6. Work with high quality materials, cartons and finishes
7. Ensuring the companies quality standards are maintained
8. Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager
9. Enthusiasm and determination to excel and be proud of the cartons you produce
