UK & I Service Manager | Flexible | £70-85k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits.
A Service Manager is required for our Manufacturing client in the UK. As the Service Manager you will be responsible for incident and problem management for the UK & Ireland.
As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a world class support function across the application and manufacturing systems across UK and Ireland operations. You will be the main point of contact for the relationships with the third parties to help deliver this service. This role will cover multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, requiring your presence on-site as necessary for projects and in-person meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with regional teams to deliver the global service strategy.
* Continuously monitor incident, problem and service request across the UK & I teams, as well as identify and put actions into place to improve the service delivered.
* Share your insights, findings, and recommendations with the Group Service Management lead, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
* Work with third parties to keep to agreed SLA’s.
* Define and build KPI’s dashboards to help monitor and improve performance.
* Work with the business to communicate technical changes, and appropriate governance.
* Gather feedback from different areas of the business to improve the services as well as discuss the status of the IT services.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in service management leadership roles, showcasing your ability to design and execute effective service management strategies.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL and the ITSM tool ServiceNow
* Expereince working with 3 rd parties to deliver service management services.
