Duties

* Employ time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or customer calls
* Upsell products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials are easily accessible
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
* Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
* Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
