Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: Remote - WFH

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000* depending on experience (+commission for account growth)

Hours: Full time

Account Management sits at the heart of Purple Goat. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and delivering high-impact influencer marketing campaigns and insight-driven projects. You'll work cross-functionally with internal departments such as Strategy, Campaigns, Insights, Business Development, and Operations, while acting as a key liaison with client-side stakeholders.


You’ll be trusted to take ownership of campaign delivery and execution, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the development of best-in-class, inclusive influencer work. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Oversight:

* Manage the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
* Act as the key contact between the internal campaigns team and the client, maintaining clear communication and expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.


Client Communications:

* Maintain regular client contact via email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, delivering clear updates, progress reports, and actionable recommendations.
* Support and lead client meetings, providing structure, clarity, and confidence.


Strategic Input & Briefing:

* Work closely with Strategy and Insights teams to understand client goals and translate them into clear campaign briefs.
* Contribute ideas and strategic insights to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and audience needs.


Proactive Campaign Support:

* Identify opportunities to add value, optimise performance, and improve results across influencer and insights projects.
* Stay ahead of trends within influencer marketing, with a particular focus on inclusive, niche, and purpose-driven communities.


Client Relationship Building:

* Cultivate strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders through consistent, high-quality delivery and communication.
* Support in identifying opportunities for account growth and renewal.


Internal Collaboration:

* Report to the Senior Account Manager and Global Client Director as part of the Client Services Team.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to support coordination, prioritisation, and alignment on shared goals across departments.
* Contribute to process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance campaign outcomes.


Agency Representation:

* Be a champion of Purple Goat’s inclusive and empowering culture — you are a front-facing representative of the agency’s values and mission.


Required experience to apply:

* Account Management Experience: Minimum 2+ years working on client-facing accounts in influencer marketing, media, or social space, with a strong track record of success.
* Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting updates and insights to clients and internal teams.
* Organisation & Time Management: Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Influencer Marketing Expertise: Passion for influencer marketing, with solid knowledge of both organic and paid campaigns, platform-specific best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
* Problem Solving: Calm under pressure, proactive and solutions-focused when challenges arise.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Organisation & Time Management: Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Team Collaboration: Experience in delegating responsibilities and prioritising work across changing timelines, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
