We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Minimise downtime and the impact it has by effective team working with other departments and redeployment of resources and re-scheduling activities.
* Ensure Associates are communicated with on all issues at the daily shift brief and in "one to one" conversations where listening to feedback is key.
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Ensure the required productivity, quality and accuracy levels are achieved or exceeded within budget by leading and controlling the daily running of the operations through their team.
* Maximise site efficiency by managing general issues in line with corporate policy and values, including appraisals, attendance management and disciplinary issues.
* Perform all other duties that may be necessary for the successful operation of the facility.
