What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate the Front‑of‑House, Housekeeping, Back‑of‑House and Maintenance teams to exceed service and brand standards.
* Manage daily operations—including bar and kitchen—in a world‑class environment and keep Premier Inn the number one choice in the UK.
* Understand the bigger picture to identify improvement opportunities and capture commercial opportunities.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food‑service operations to maintain high‑quality standards.
What You’ll Need
* Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment where you led a team to success.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
* Excellent team‑management and communication skills, a warm, genuine approach, and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels.
* Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.
