We’re excited to continue building our team as we search for an outstanding Procurement Manager to join us.


As we bring to life a world-class urban wellbeing resort—welcoming over 2 million guests each year—this role represents the foundations of a team that will shape how Therme Manchester operates from day one.


We’re building something truly special: a multi-zoned tropical wellbeing destination blending ancient thermal bathing traditions with modern wellness, water attractions, and hospitality experiences. And it all starts with the people who will design, plan, and deliver exceptional operations.


The Role


The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of procurement activities across the resort’s pre-opening and operational phases. Reporting into senior leadership, the role will support the implementation of procurement frameworks, manage end-to-end sourcing processes, and ensure goods and services are secured in a commercially sound, compliant, and timely manner.


This role focuses on operational execution, supplier management, and procurement governance, rather than defining enterprise-wide strategy.

Qualifications & Experience


Essential


* Proven experience in procurement within hospitality, leisure, facilities, retail, or similarly complex environments
* Strong end-to-end sourcing and tendering experience
* Experience supporting contract negotiation and contract management
* Good commercial awareness and financial understanding
* Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal teams
* Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
