This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Management team, supporting our council tenants and overseeing the management of our 59,000 council properties.
Responsibilities
* Support our council tenants and oversee the management of 59,000 council properties as part of the Housing Management team.
* Conduct tenancy visits, deal with low level anti-social behaviour, engage residents, and address ongoing tenancy issues.
* Work with residents, the community, and partners within your designated locality to deliver an excellent Housing Management service.
* Provide face-to-face service and maintain a visible presence within your area.
* Dedicate one day per week to study as part of your apprenticeship programme.
* Utilise mobile technology to deliver efficient and proactive customer service.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer involvement objectives and participate in community meetings when necessary.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, identify needs and aspirations, provide targeted support, and use customer intelligence to enhance tenancy sustainability.
* Offer clear, supportive, and accurate social housing advice, including signposting to services, to ensure awareness and effective case progression.
* Work with customers to address and resolve issues and complaints, coordinating with the Customer Complaints Team for escalated cases.
* Encourage customer participation in Tenant involvement boards to ensure service delivery meets needs.
* Keep accurate records using appropriate systems to maintain the integrity and quality of Social Housing service data for analysis and reporting.

Requirements / Qualifications
