Role
We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing agency workforce. This opportunity is ideal for a Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for flexibility, variety, and consistent work across multiple care settings.
As a Care Assistant or Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents and service users with day-to-day care and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
* Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility
* Assist residents with feeding and hydration where required
* Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
