Job Description
As a Retail Media Manager, you will play a key role in the development, activation and measurement of the groups new – industry leading - retail media proposition - Elevate.
* Support the advancement of capabilities and understanding of the evolving Retail Media landscape across the business.
* You will be a key stakeholder in developing the vision, strategy and on-going strategy of our retail media solution.
* Work with key internal stakeholders in helping develop key Client presentations; bringing to life our Elevate media offering in a relevant and tailored way
* You will work closely with our tech partner to develop the technical capabilities of our platform to build towards a best in market proposition.
* Work closely with the tech teams on the project management of new onsite and offsite solutions.
* Stay close to new technologies that could enhance our proposition.
* Work closely with our brand marketing teams to present our retail media proposition to our brand partners across the group.
* Work to develop the reporting framework to play back to our brand partners who utilise the platform to provide comprehensive data that encourages repeat usage.
* Regularly review the performance of our retail media to ensure we are working towards agreed revenue KPI’s.
Qualifications
* Strong Client Servicing experience / expertise
* Excellent understanding and experience of working across key instore, ecommerce and digital media channels
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
* Hands-on experience with retail media platforms is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external presentations.
* Adaptability to work in a fast-evolving retail media landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to work with internal teams and external brand partners.
* Experience presenting to and influencing brand partners or clients.
* Awareness of emerging advertising technologies and platforms that enhance media propositions.
* Experience in monitoring and delivering against revenue KPIs.

What’s next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
