Morriston is one of the largest acute surgical centres in Wales, delivering high-volume, high-acuity care across a wide range of specialties including general surgery, trauma and orthopaedics, urology, ENT and plastic surgery.
This role provides the opportunity to work across the surgical footprint, gaining experience in complex perioperative medicine, pain management, antimicrobial stewardship, and the optimisation of parenteral nutrition for patients with specialist nutritional needs.
You will be fully integrated into dynamic multidisciplinary teams, supporting patients through expert medicines optimisation, clinical review, and safe, timely discharge planning.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred pharmacy care, while contributing to service improvement, digital innovation and the development of junior staff.
