Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Corporate and Commercial team. Thisis a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the support team within a growing and successful firm.

The role will be based at their Farnborough office, offering a dynamic, flexible and supportive environment for a high-calibre individual to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing general secretarial support including opening files, preparing documents and emails under the fee-earner’s direction.
* Client onboarding.
* Typing up digital dictations.
* Diary management (booking appointments and meetings).
* Electronic filing and archiving.
* Producing legal documents from mark-ups, to include formatting and cross-referencing.
* Invoicing.
* Dealing with client enquiries both in person and over the phone.
* Liaising with the Accounts Department over invoice and other accounting queries.

Experience and Skills Requirements

* Must have previous legal secretarial experience or an interest in law.
* Computer literacy with good keyboard / typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Previous experience of practice management systems, CRM systems and digital dictation is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A high standard of client service.
* Excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills.
* Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
