The role
As a Legal Technology Assistant, you will be responsible for designing, building and delivering legal technology solutions, monitoring a client‑facing inbox and supporting administration of other systems. Collaboration is key in this role, as youll work closely with a variety of teams and specialists to deliver legal technology solutions.
The person
Were looking for someone from a technology, business, or legal support background with strong IT literacy (ideally HighQ experience), excellent written English, and attention to detail. Youll be logical, methodical, proactive, and accountable, with great communication skills, a flexible approach, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
The activities
* Monitoring the Digital Client Services Inbox and responding to queries.
* Building and maintaining in HighQ, Collaborate and Volume Control sites, including i‑sheets, complex views and trackers (training will be provided).
* Supporting the Legal Technology & Data team to accurately identify client problems using root cause analysis and design thinking approaches.
* Supporting the team with general administration including but not limited to arranging meetings, travel and expenses.
* Working with the Bids team to create demo sites to assist with tenders.
* Performing administration activities on the legal technology platforms including but not limited to running reports, performing audits, assisting with archiving and financial hygiene issues.
