Operations Coordinator Office based role in Aldershot Up to £32k pa Full time in office (sorry no hybrid and therefore you must live close toAldershot) Were looking for someone who enjoys process and detail, who is super organised to join this busy, long standing client in Aldershot. Youll work closely with Operations and site based PMs to track and report on high value installations projects as they progress from quotation to completion. Key responsibilities include: Raising Purchase Orders, preparing quotes, drawings, invoices and providing internal / external stakeholders with key information Tracking cost of materials, including human resource and services Compliance - completing reports and documentation tracking project deliverables, health & safety, SLAs Subcontractor orders - checking invoices, deliveries, pricing and returns. Other duties will also require you to be accurate and highly organised including producing reports and supplying information to senior managers. Candidate requirements: Previous administration / project experience is ideal and it would be beneficial if you had some knowledge of construction, engineering or installations (but not essential) Strong IT skills, especially MSExcel inc. VLOOKUPS, SUM/IF functions and some data validation Highly numerate and enjoy information & technology Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, confidence dealing with internal/ external stakeholders at all levels. Commercially astute, with strong attention to detail and highly organise.
