Your role at BRE
* Lead the design and implementation of structured change management strategies across transformation projects
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training to support the successful adoption of change
* Identify, assess, and manage change-related risks and issues
* Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness using defined metrics and feedback loops
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure change initiatives are integrated with broader business objectives
* Support the transition of new processes and technologies into business-as-usual operations
What we are looking for
* Proven experience leading end-to-end change management within complex transformation programmes
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and its implementation within business change initiatives
* Practical experience applying agile methodologies to change delivery, ideally within cross-functional teams
* A recognised Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent)
* Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, training, and communications plans
* Experience in measuring and reporting on change effectiveness and embedding change into business-as-usual
* Ability to manage resistance and drive adoption through influence, communication, and structured planning

Work Location Options
Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings around once per quarter.

Online Assessment
Shortly after you apply (within approximately 10 minutes), you’ll receive a link to complete an online assessment. This takes around 20 minutes and helps us better understand your skills and suitability.
Our specialist hiring team will review all applications and shortlist candidates. We’ll then update you on the outcome of your application.
First Stage Interviews – 16th to 20th June
If shortlisted, we will invite you to a virtual interview.
Second Stage Interviews – 25th June to 4th July
If successful in the first stage, you will be invited to a virtual second-stage interview.
