Key Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring hotel facilities, bedrooms, spa, and public areas are consistently well-maintained and operational
Carry out general repairs, preventative maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, and decorating tasks as required
Work collaboratively with external contractors, hotel leadership, and team members to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health & safety regulations and company policies
Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and planned maintenance schedules
Support the Head Gardener with general grounds maintenance when required
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or property maintenance
Strong practical knowledge in basic plumbing, electrics, painting, and general repair work
Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
Flexibility to respond to out-of-hours issues if required
Hours of Work: Typically 08:30 16:30, with occasional weekend work during summer to meet business needs
