Deputy Room Lead – Nursery (Liverpool)
We’re working with a weing and well-established nursery in Liverpool who are looking to appoint a Deputy Room Lead to support the running of a busy and nurturing room.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Early Years' practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in supporting staff, children and room leadership.
The Role:
1. Support the Room Lead in the day-to-day management of the room
2. Help plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
3. Act as a role model for best practice and nursery values
4. Support key children and work closely with families
5. Step up to lead the room in the absence of the Room Lead
6. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards are always me
About You:
7. Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
8. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
9. Confident supporting staff and children within the room
10. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
11. A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
12. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills
