Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (Patient Advocacy and Engagement) | Remote, UK
WE3 is recruiting exclusively for a specialist Healthcare Communications consultancy doing patient-led work. This is not a high-volume agency delivery role, and it’s not a step-up opportunity. If you’re an experienced AM or SAM who’s already operating confidently at that level, and you want work that involves patient organisations and advocacy, this is worth considering.

The work
* Owning day-to-day client relationships in pharma and biotech
* Working directly with patient organisations, advocates and PAGs
* Shaping briefs, framing programmes, challenging thinking when needed
* Leading delivery end-to-end with high standards and calm control
Open at AM or SAM level, but it must be your current level
We’re specifically looking for people who are already performing at AM or SAM level in an agency or consultancy setting. If you’re mainly looking to step up into AM or SAM, it won’t be the right fit.
To be considered, you’ll need
* Permanent MedComms / Healthcare Comms or healthcare consultancy experience
* Clear, hands-on experience with patient groups, advocates or PAGs (not just adjacent to it)
* Evidence you can shape direction early and handle clients confidently
* UK-based and happy with remote working plus quarterly meet-ups, plus occasional travel
