Anderson Knight are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across utility infrastructure projects throughout the West Midlands region. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and driving continuous improvement across both office and operational site environments.

Previous experience in an HSEQ Advisor or Health & Safety Advisor role within the Utili
* ties sector.Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and industry be
* st practice.Experience working on operational utility, civil engineering, infrastructure, or constru
* ction sites.NEBOSH General Certificate (or
* equivalent).Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident inv
* estigations.Strong communication and stakeholder engage
* ment skills.Ability to influence and challenge positively at
* all levels.Full UK Driv
