Senior Commercialisation Coordinator (Manchester Arndale) Job ID 215318 Posted 29-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Communications/Public Relations, Property Management, Sales & Leasing Location(s) Manchester - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland JOB TITLE: Senior Commercialisation Coordinator, Manchester Arndale REPORTING TO: Associate Director, Commercialisation RESPONSIBLE FOR: Commercialisation Coordinator LOCATION: Based full-time on site at Manchester Arndale, M4 3AQ Job Holders Key Aim Develop, implement and facilitate revenue generating programmes that deliver income in line with the Commercialisation Business Plan Key Objectives - Coordinate the full delivery process from implementation to removal of all commercialisation initiatives at the centre - Source, manage and achieve / exceed income targets across the following strategic commercialisation categories: Vending, Services including ATMs, Storage lettings (short-term and long term), New Initiatives within the above areas or other - Obtain approvals on commercialisation activity as needed from key centre team members including sign-off from the Centre Director and/or Operations Manager to ensure all safety and operational considerations are planned for and agreed - Administer the collation and approval of all documentation in a timely manner for the centre's promotional bookings including licences, health and safety documents, PLI, fire certificates, PATs and RAMs, and to maintain updated records accordingly - Effectively manage debt with the centre accountant - Manage and build partnership relationships with select key accounts - Ensure the delivery of market leading excellence in commercialisation - Proactively monitor ongoing commercialisation activity to ensure the highest operational standards - especially in regard to temporary mall promotions - Communicate and liaise with Centre Management in the implementation of commercialisation initiatives and forge strong, effective working relationships with centre teams and key personnel - Work with the Associate Director and Head of Commercialisation in all areas of non-rental income generation - Work closely with the solicitors in the drafting of legal documents for long-term deals as needed - Prepare paperwork such as and including PTAs (Property Transaction Authorisations), BAFs (Booking Application Forms), and short leases as needed - Challenge and improve existing services and facilities through innovation - Undertake additional duties as required Key Areas of Accountability - Achieve / exceed income targets - Ensure all documentation is maintained, completed efficiently and to schedule - Benchmark our initiatives against those in other companies and provide improvements - Be aware of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and carry out work in accordance with its requirements - Lead and support the Commercialisation Coordinator to achieve their agreed business and personal development objectives Experience & Core Competencies - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while driving and maintaining high standards - Commercially minded with deal negotiation experience - Strong decision-making abilities - Results Focused - Effective communication skills - Organised and methodical - Customer Focused - Experience within operations and/or facilities management sector or a service driven environment beneficial Working at CBRE When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mind-set is encouraged.
