I am looking for an experienced product compliance manager to join my client's growing team in Dungannon. You will have the responsibility to lead the product safety and regulatory compliance for a diverse range of products. As well as being responsible for the creation and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Identify, review, and escalate compliance-related issues as required, ensuring that all procedures and products meet current legislation and recommended practices. Perform product risk assessments for new products and review existing products as required. Perform reviews of product designs according to in-house safety standards and industry risk reduction practices. Assist in the creation and maintenance of Product Technical Files. Assist in conducting safety analysis and testing of components, sub-assemblies, and machines, and obtain required component certifications. Generate safety justifications and safety reports. Investigate product safety complaints, including complaints on-site at customer's facilities. Support liability management/litigation efforts by providing engineering analysis and experimental expertise in investigations. Support creation and compilation of information related to product compliance requirements, accidents, product examination, and investigations. Support the development of an effective Quality Management system. Carry out audits against the policies and procedures put in place to ensure that they are being implemented fully. Essential Criteria Robust technical knowledge of compliance legislation, including patents, product safety requirements. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and literature. Sound knowledge and experience of relevant Environmental, Health and Safety, and Regulatory requirements. Experience in FMEA Why Join?
