Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role is based in Belfast with a permanent contract, offering £26,692 per annum for 30 hours per week. The coordinator will oversee and deliver complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, aimed at victims and survivors of conflict, promoting health and well-being. Responsibilities include training and supervising sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards, managing procurement, maintaining governance and data protection, ensuring safe environments, developing policies, managing data systems like MYMOPS and Salesforce, liaising with staff, reporting to funders, and producing promotional materials. Essential criteria include relevant qualifications and experience in trauma-related complementary therapies, project management, understanding of Irish conflict legacy, trauma impacts, research, NGO governance, gender harms, CPD in trauma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel.
