National Role | Hybrid Working | Growth Opportunity

OTE c£70,000, including base salary to £50,000 + Commissions and Bonus, Company

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building partnerships and creating long-term business opportunities?

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in driving new business growth across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives on developing new relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that create long-term value for customers.


What You'll Be Doing

* Building and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities across multiple sectors
* Creating and nurturing relationships with key decision‑makers, stakeholders and prospective clients
* Identifying opportunities for long‑term service partnerships and recurring revenue growth
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract award
* Working closely with operational and technical teams to develop tailored client solutions
* Representing the business at networking events, industry functions and client meetings
* Contributing to strategic growth plans and helping shape future business development initiatives


What We're Looking For

* A proven track record in business development, sales or account growth
* Experience selling services or solutions within a related sector such as facilities management, property, construction, engineering, energy, workplace services, technical services, recruitment or business services
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* A proactive, resilient and self‑motivated approach
* Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
* The ability to identify opportunities and turn conversations into long‑term partnerships
