Role: Senior Associate/Associate Private Client Solicitor (5 PQE) | Witney | Hybrid Working | £55,000 – £65,000 DOE Excellent Progression Private Client Solicitor/Senior Associate/Wills & Probate Solicitor A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing Private Wealth team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. The Role You will manage your own varied caseload of Private Client matters, including: Drafting Wills and complex estate planning advice Probate and estate administration Creation and administration of Trusts Inheritance Tax planning Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Court of Protection matters Wealth preservation and succession planning Advising high-net-worth and multi-generational family clients This is a highly client-facing position offering the opportunity to build long-term client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department. Business Development & Networking A key part of this role involves developing relationships with local referrers, professional contacts and clients across Oxfordshire.
