Digital Product Analyst Hybrid – 2 Days in Runcorn / 3 Days WFH Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) – Potential to Extend £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) We’re hiring a Digital Product Analyst to join a fast-paced, digitally focused business undergoing rapid growth. Digital Product Analyst Key Responsibilities: * Develop, manage, and evolve a comprehensive digital dashboard to visualise key performance indicators. * Analyse digital product performance and user behaviour to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Marketing, and Development. * Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business. * Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve product performance. * Drive continuous improvement across digital platforms using a data-first approach. Digital Product Analyst Skills Required: * Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as: * Google Analytics 4 (GA4) * Looker Studio * SQL * Excel/Google Sheets * Proven experience in a digital product and/or eCommerce environment. * Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced teams with changing priorities. * A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
