Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Remote Working
PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, is seeking fully qualified (CeMAP 123) trainees to join a well-established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm of our Mortgage Advisory operation.
Overview
The role offers complete flexibility and enhanced earnings through self‑employment within Mortgage Advisory. The firm has 150+ advisors, many of whom began their careers with us. The position is remote and requires self‑generation of business, with no leads provided.
Responsibilities
* Self‑generate your own business and supply a business plan outlining how you will generate leads.
* Commit at least 60% of your time to the mortgage role (part‑time allowed for those transitioning).
* Provide full CeMAP qualification status and maintain professional standards.
* Utilise social media and networking to build your client base.
Qualifications
* Fully CeMAP 123 qualified.
* Experience in financial services or property sector is preferred.
* Confident in using social media and networking.
Benefits
* 70% of gross procuration fee (no network retention) on self‑generated business; 60% on non CAS.
