The Role 4-day working week No out-of-hours work Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience This role would suit an experienced RVN looking to progress into a Senior or Head Nurse position within a thriving GP practice. My client is seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, enjoys clinical coaching, and is keen to support and mentor student nurses. The successful candidate will work alongside a highly collaborative team of Vets, Nurses, VCAs, and Reception staff within a well-established and well-equipped practice environment. The practice itself offers spacious facilities including large consult rooms, dedicated dog and cat wards, a prep area, and two operating theatres. The clinic also holds a recognised cat-friendly accreditation. My client’s team sees a varied and interesting caseload, including a strong mix of surgical, orthopaedic, medical, and dermatology cases.
