Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the cardio‑respiratory diagnostic team at Glangwili General Hospital. The successful candidate will work with the administrative coordinator and admin team, booking cardiac and respiratory diagnostic investigations and cardiac procedures, delivering services efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
* Register referrals, book appointments, and record outcomes for cardiac and respiratory diagnostic investigations and appointments.
* Facilitate the delivery of timely care by ensuring lists clinic schedules are maximised.
* Respond to patient and staff enquiries by phone, email and in person.
* Provide general administrative support of day‑to‑day service operations.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, including sensitive communication with patients and colleagues.
• Understanding of the department’s core work, patient clinical pathways, and experience using hospital systems would be beneficial.
• Enthusiasm for high‑quality service provision, eagerness to learn and develop, and strong organisational skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Language Requirements
Welsh language is desirable. Applicants who do not currently meet the Welsh Language requirements will have support to achieve the minimum desirable level during employment.
