About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll work alongside teachers to support pupils in the classroom, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Your role will be vital in helping students reach their full potential through tailored support and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Assist with daily classroom activities and learning tasks
* Support individual learning plans and differentiated instruction
* Monitor and record student progress
* Collaborate with staff and external professionals
* Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment
* Motivate students using varied teaching strategies
* Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build supportive relationships with students and staff
* Commitment to student development and wellbeing
* Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable)
