Automation & Operations Project Manager (12-Months FTC)
Join us at GXO Logistics, Inc. as an Automation & Operations Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Lutterworth. This role involves managing and optimizing the product flow within a dynamic retail automation environment for our customer, Primark.
Details:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
* Salary up to £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless product flow through automated systems
* Collaborate with Operations, IT, Logistics, and Suppliers
* Drive performance through data insights and continuous improvement
* Manage automation performance, including maintenance and issue resolution
* Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering safety, excellence, and innovation
Qualifications:
* Management experience in e-commerce or automation
* Knowledge of warehouse control systems and automated distribution
* Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to lead under pressure
* Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
