Permanent Legal Secretary based in Macclesfield, £25,000 Your new company This legal firm is seeking a legal secretary to join their expanding team. They're a successful and well-established business and are now going through a period of growth. Your new role You will be responsible for providing administrative support to fee earners and paralegals in one of their departments. You will be: Handling incoming calls Managing a busy inbox Providing updates to clients Opening and closing files Managing documents Submitting applications Any other ad-hoc duties required by the team. What you'll need to succeed You will need: Legal secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client department Outgoing and positive mindset A proactive and efficient approach to work Strong communication and organisational skills Team player Excellent IT skills, particularly in Case Management systems and MS Word What you'll get in return You will receive an excellent salary of £25,000 depending on experience.
