Job Responsibilities
1. Payments and File Format Expertise
* Deep understanding of payment processing workflows, especially H2H and SWIFT.
* Hands-on experience with legacy formats (IDOC, EDIFACT) as well as ISO 20022 and GFF.
* Ability to interpret and translate complex file specifications and payment instructions.
2. Technical Analysis and Mapping
* Strong analytical skills for field-by-field mapping between client files and internal standard formats.
* Experience creating and maintaining detailed mapping requirement documents and data dictionaries.
* Familiarity with structured and hybrid address fields, and compliance requirements (e.g., CBPR+).
3. Stakeholder Management
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, and Implementation/Migration teams.
* Experience gathering requirements from clients and translating them into actionable technical specifications.
