We seek a Team Member - Credit Control to join our Finance Team in Glasgow. We want an energetic, motivated individual to support our culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. Our award-winning Centre of Excellence has over 100 colleagues providing critical support to help Heathrow achieve its vision of offering the best airport service worldwide.

Your role will involve
* Managing credit for a specific group of customers according to business processes.
* Monitoring and controlling debt collection to meet targets for Total Debt, DSO, and Aged Debt, using judgment to determine the best collection actions.
* Maintaining unallocated cash levels aligned with business targets.
* Handling Bad Debt Recognition and assisting with Bad Debt Reserve preparation.
* Processing customer queries for Dispute Administration.
* Allocating customer payments to accounts as needed.
Essential Skills
* Numerate and literate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in credit control and cash allocation.
* Excellent customer service skills, effective communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Flexible, self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
